Individual Care Options
Individual care provides one-to-one psychological care tailored to developmental, emotional, social and psychological unique individual needs of children, adolescents, and adults. Interventions may focus on assessments, emotional regulation, behavioural concerns and addressing any mental health challenges

Child Therapy
Integrated play therapy for children (5–12 years) addressing ADHD, anxiety, depression, social challenges, and other early life issues.

Teenage Therapy
Therapy for adolescents (13–17 years) navigating behavioural, social, conduct, academic, identity, self-esteem, substance use and other challenges.
Adult Therapy

Group Care Options

Group Therapy
Treatment for trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, phobias, social, emotional or psychological wellbeing concerns.
Group care provides structured psychotherapy in a shared setting, allowing participants to explore emotions, develop coping skills, and improve interpersonal relationships facilitated by a trained practitioner. Sessions can focus on topics such as social skills, emotional regulation, stress management, mental health challenges, depression, bipolar disorder or shared life challenges, fostering connection, insight, and personal growth in a safe and supportive environment.
School Based Care Options
School-based care provides psychological and councelling interventions within the educational setting to help students cope academically, socially, psychologically and emotionally. Services include assessment, individual and group therapy, behavioural change programmes, identity development, anxiety and mood, self-esteem, academic and peer pressure, alcohol and substance use, decision making and mental health first aid training for children and adolescents, as well as guidance for teachers and parents. Interventions are tailored, evidence-based, and aimed at promoting mental wellbeing, resilience, and a positive learning environment.

Workplace-based care through our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provides confidential, short- to medium-term psychological support for employees. Services address work-related stress, burnout, anxiety, interpersonal difficulties, life transitions, and personal challenges that may affect wellbeing and job performance. Care is evidence-based, time-limited where appropriate, and aligned with organisational wellbeing policies while maintaining strict client confidentiality.
