Appointment & Booking Policy

Standard bookings for all categories and services are charged according to our standard consultation fees. Payment is required in advance to confirm and secure your appointment. Appointments must be cancelled/rescheduled at least 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled appointment to allow availability for other patients/clients. Late cancellations/missed appointments will result in the fee being forfeited. By placing a booking through our online platform or with administrative staff, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
