Counsellors (Master’s level and registered practitioners) provide short- to medium-term therapeutic support focused on emotional wellbeing, coping skills, resilience, family therapy, support groups, academic functioning, and general mental health challenges to promote overall psychological wellbeing and adjustment. psychoeducation, and behavioural support aimed at improving daily functioning, emotional stability, and treatment adherence.
